1. To carry on the business of infrastructure development, construction work comprising of civil works, civil engineers, civil contactors including construction of buildings, roads, bridges, including consultancy services on construction related activities.
2. To carry on the business of undertaking projects and contracts for Government and Government departments or authorities and under either alone or jointly with any other company or persons, works of all distinction like construction, renovation, repairs , widening ,paving, resurfacing of roads, upgrading ,strengthening of roads, flyovers, highway’s , tunnels or bridges of all types R.C.C. and post-tensioned cement concrete works, reinforced cement concert works, granting, rock cutting, reclamations, cement gutting, water proofing works, painting , decorating etc.
3. To purchase ,acquire , contract ,erect, repair and maintain of structures , flyovers, tunnels, dams , earth tunnels, towers , reservors, drains and culverts, trunches, embankments, irrigation works , reclamation’s, land improvement , sewerage and sanitary works.
4. To carry on the business of electrical engineers, electricians and contractors.
Moreover, the company can undertake the incidental and ancillary activities in addition to the primary objects.
